The Mountain Bay Condo Association (MBCA) is your premier condominium association of the greater Green Bay area. Located on Telluride Trail in the Village of Howard--a quaint, friendly, and safe suburb of Green Bay, WI--MBCA is in the award-winning Howard-Suamico School District. Bay Port High School has received numerous awards, including top 500 schools in the nation. MBCA is made up of 12 buildings and 125 condo units. We are managed by elected condo owners who pride themselves in making the community look great for today while protecting our assets for the future. MBCA was established in 2000.
